This is a scene of

's Path of Destiny fanfic. It's supposed to be Volco the Quilava looking down on a badly injured Thunder, gloating about how he's the master's favorite and better. But Thunder, even though she's hurt, isn't gonna give up- she's gonna take that quilava down! He's gonna learn how indestructible she is, the hard way.

I love Volco- he's a villain, super cocky, and a quilava. I love Thunder too, because she's so vicious and never giving up- and she's a scyther. Epic win both ways! 83

Another photoshop coloring test that was vary succesful! The coloring and shading came out really well, especially with those last minute fire highlights. Volco's cream fur was murder to shade, but it was worth it. 83 The fire came out pretty well too, I don't know what I did though. Oh, and the lineart came out better than I thought it woud~ Overall, I'm very happy with this piece!

The background is really bad, though, especially the fence. DX Sorry, I lost patience... The fire highlights on Thunder are too bright- I'll fix that later.

Do you have photoshop? I'll bet you do. Anyway, when you create a new layer, lookit the little box next to opacity that say layer types. Fill it with a random color, and go to overlay. If you fill it with black or a dark grey, everything'll go darker. If you use red or blue, it'll take on that tinge. I have some examples if it'd be easier to understand- Rook is confusing. D:
