Refs are so painful- this is most likely why almost all my characters are in my head. >3<;

I worked so, so, so hard on this. D: Zoom in, front and backs- Tempo's back view was especially difficult.

That's Tempo's true self, released from the door on his forehead when his death-clock strikes a demise. Tempo is too good-natured to slay anyone intentionally, so the cuckoo is released so he can't attempt to stop or hold back when his species duty must be fulfilled, and he can't be blamed. With the release of the semi-mechanical birdie, his body is left in the control of clockwork and instinct and an unstoppabled will. The bird is actually coated with a thin layer of chocolate.
